**Job Description**
As a
**Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist,**
you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client accounts, partner closely with hiring managers, and drive strategic sourcing and selection initiatives. You'll combine data, stakeholder collaboration, and behavioral interviewing to secure top talent efficiently and responsibly.
**Your Daily Tasks**
Recruitment Expertise
- Support all business units by providing assistance in their recruitment and selection processes
- Plan the selection procedures, including the identification of key competencies for assessment, and determining evaluation methods
- Acts as a focal person for assigned job vacancies across multiple client accounts
- Assist with job requisition / description development
- Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants
- Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
- Engage both
- Conduct candidate screenings and communicate job requirements for different skills and experience levels
- Maintain accuracy in our recruitment pipeline platform and generate insightful recruitment reports.
- Handles the operation of end-to-end recruitment and selection process, and data analytics in acquiring top talent.
- Execute core recruitment functions such as but not limited to interviews, testing, character reference check, salary offer, and reports generation.
- Use of Behavioral Based Interview techniques in screening and qualifying applicants
- Create Behavioral Based Interviewing and Prescreening questions
- Completion of skill and/or personality assessment
- Completion of employment applications - analyze the information provided on application form
- Work with Hiring Managers and make offer recommendations to close on selected candidates
- Present offers and conduct offer negotiations with candidates
- Participate in onboarding tasks as needed (i.e. offer letter submittals, final paperwork completion)
ATS Management
- Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis
- Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system
- Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork
- Resume conversion and application maintenance
Sourcing Strategies
- Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members
- Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups and/or sites (i.e. Linked In etc.)
- Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants
- Manage referral sources
- Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates
Stakeholder Management:
- Acts as a consultant to different stakeholders on matters concerning recruitment requirements, movements, and related concerns.
- Handles recruitment planning, comes up with action plan and targets for submission to the immediate superior; suggests proper media/approaches to sourcing qualified candidates for client departments; submits a cost-benefit analysis of suggested approaches.
- Provides educational opportunities either formal or informal, as needed to managers on the selection process.
- Establish proactive and open communication channels with hiring managers, candidates, Internal teams, and external partners to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns throughout the recruitment process.
- Actively involve stakeholders by seeking their input, providing regular updates, and addressing their feedback to ensure a collaborative and efficient talent acquisition experience.
- Provide Hiring Manager with updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity
- Work with Hiring Manager to determine best fit candidates, coordinate interviews, receive timely feedback and present/manage offers
- Conduct recruitment related meetings as needed
Effective Communication:
- Practice effective communication at all times, in daily interactions with stakeholders, and ensures effective verbal and written correspondence through available communication channels
- Responds to all queries raised by both internal and external stakeholders, and ensures accuracy of information given to responses at all times
Coaching and Mentoring
- Proactively seeks and offers guidance and assistance to other Talent Acquisitions Specialists on their day-to-day challenges, ensuring understanding on the knowledge transfer conducted and successful demonstration of best practices in each scenario undertaken, at all times
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Can be tasked to work on several reports and can be tapped to represent the entire TA clusters during stakeholder meetings, in absence of TA Managers, or as assigned
- Can work on Process Improvement Initiatives based on data reports and trends upon identification of several areas for improvement
Privacy and Confidentiality:
- Ensures compliance with Emapta's guidelines, protocols, and legal requirements related to Safeguarding Organizational Information and Data Privacy
