**About the Role**

**We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Relocation & Visa Specialist**
to support our international employees throughout their relocation journey. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and current staff relocating across borders. You will manage end-to-end visa processes, coordinate relocation logistics, and serve as the central point of communication between employees, agencies, and government institutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage full-cycle visa and work permit processes, including documentation collection, submissions, renewals, and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate relocation logistics such as travel arrangements, temporary accommodation, residence registration, and onboarding support.
- Act as the main point of contact for international employees, providing guidance on immigration procedures and relocation policies.
- Collaborate with external partners (legal firms, relocation agencies, embassies, government authorities) to ensure smooth and timely processing.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with immigration regulations and internal HR policies.
- Support HR in international hiring, providing insights on visa timelines and relocation requirements.
- Develop and improve internal relocation guidelines, checklists, and employee resources.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in visa processing, mobility/relocation services, or HR operations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work with tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
