We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Tirana. In this position, you will manage incoming calls, support customers with their questions, and ensure a positive experience for every client.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Work schedule: 09:00–18:00 & 10:00–19:00
- Full-time, on-site position
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
