**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Durrës, Prishtina ,Ferizaj Remote for a Social Media Manager. The position involves creating and managing social media strategies, optimizing posts for various platforms, and monitoring and analyzing performance metrics. The Social Media Manager will craft engaging content, ensure brand consistency, collaborate with internal teams, and engage with the online community to enhance brand awareness.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and enhance brand presence on digital platforms
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for crafting engaging content and interacting effectively with online audiences
- Experience in developing successful Content Strategies to align with brand goals and objectives
- A deep understanding of trends and best practices in social media and digital platforms
- Strong organizational and analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with tools for social media management and data analytics is a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
