**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Entertainer role located in Spille. The Entertainer will be responsible for organizing and leading engaging activities and performances for guests, creating memorable experiences for individuals of all ages. Key responsibilities include planning various entertainment events, interacting with guests to ensure their enjoyment, and maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere at the resort. The Entertainer will also collaborate with the resort team to tailor activities to guest preferences.
**Qualifications**
- Guest engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact warmly with individuals of all ages
- Performance skills, including dancing, acting, or singing, and a comfort with leading group activities
- Creativity and event-planning skills to design and execute diverse entertainment activities
- Strong communication and adaptability to cater to a multicultural audience
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Albanian or additional languages is an advantage
- Relevant experience in hospitality, entertainment, or events is preferred
- A dynamic personality with the ability to bring energy and enthusiasm to guest interactions
