**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role based in Tirana, Albania, for a Head of Logistics. The Head of Logistics will oversee daily operations of logistics and supply chain management, develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, and manage procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include monitoring efficiency, ensuring the timely delivery of goods, and collaborating with other departments to align logistics goals with business objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
- Strong skills in Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations
- Experience in Procurement / Logistics and vendor management
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 Years previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English and Italian is desirable
