**The Role**
We need someone who manages social media
*and*
creates the visual content — no handing off to a designer. Strategy + execution, all in one.
**What You'll Do**
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok for multiple clients
- Create graphics, reels, and stories using Adobe Ps/Ai/Pr and CapCut
- Build monthly content calendars and write captions in Albanian and English
- Track performance and adjust based on data
**What We're Looking For**
- 2–4 years of real social media experience
- Strong Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and CapCut skills
- A portfolio that proves it — no portfolio, no consideration
- Bilingual: Albanian + English
- Agency background is a plus
