**Responsibilities**

- Execute structured outbound conversion activities toward existing service customers
- Follow up on customer interest from digital, IoT, and hybrid service initiatives
- Communicate the 2-1 value proposition, including reduced physical service visits, improved safety, better service availability, and more efficient technician resource use
- Convert customer interest into signed contract amendments, digital service activations, or booked follow-up meetings
- Apply a disciplined and repeatable conversion process to support scalability
- Maintain professionalism, structure, and pace in all customer interactions
- Document interactions, status, and next steps accurately in CRM or tracking tools
- Ensure structured handover to BU Service Operations after contract conversion
- Own customer conversion activities for the 2-1 digital services concept
- Act as a frontline ambassador for ASSA ABLOY Digital Services and IoT-enabled service models
- Follow approved conversion scripts, value propositions, and processes
- Maintain high data quality for customer status, contract information, and decision-makers
- Provide structured feedback on customer objections, concerns, and adoption barriers
- Support continuous improvement of conversion playbooks, scripts, and process design

**Qualifications**

- **At least 1 to 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, call center, or inside sales roles**
- Experience in
**B2B services, industrial services, energy, HVAC, elevators, building automation, or digital services**
is a strong advantage
- Experience selling value-based or solution-oriented offerings is preferred
- Experience working in structured, KPI-driven sales environments
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential
- German language proficiency required
- **Additional European languages are a strong advantage depending on market and deployment scope**
- Relevant commercial, business, or technical education is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong outbound sales and commercial communication skills
- Ability to explain service transformation and digital value clearly and credibly
- Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and performance tracking
- Structured and disciplined approach to sales execution
- Confidence in engaging decision-makers by phone
- Ability to work within defined sales processes and follow proven playbooks
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- General digital literacy and interest in data-driven services
- Results-driven and motivated by reaching defined targets
- High energy and resilience in outbound sales work
