This is a full-time, on-site Arabic Speaking Support role located in Skopje. The primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve client experiences and maintaining strong communication with customers to enhance their overall engagement.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Customer Support, with an ability to respond to inquiries and provide clear resolutions.
- Strong Communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Technical Support experience, including understanding and resolving technical issues.
- Analytical Skills to assess and troubleshoot customer problems efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team-oriented setting.
