We are looking for a hybrid IT Process manager in Tirana for our partner company.
**🎯 Main responsibilities**
You will have the opportunity to be involved in the IT Process Management activities such as:
- **Process**
**Mapping**
: Document current processes using techniques like BPMN and EPC and determine their Standard Operating Procedures.
- **KPIs**
**and**
**Metrics**
: Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure performance, productivity, and quality.
- **Reporting**
: Create detailed reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to present findings and recommendations.
- **Data**
**Analysis**
: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- **Gap**
**Analysis**
: Compare current performance with desired outcomes to identify improvement areas.
- **Process**
**Improvement**
: Identify and design optimized processes for improvement (using methodlogies such as Lean, DMAIC, and so on).
- **Compliance**
**and**
**Standards**
: Ensure processes adhere to our standards and regulatory requirements.
**✅ Essential requirements (Must-Have)**
- **Experience:**
At least 3 years in Process Management, Data Analysis (or data science), and/or Functional Analysis
- Education: Degree in Information Technology, Management Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Process Management and/or Analysis methodologies
- Strong statistics, analytical, and logical skills.
- Knowledge of KPI and report management.
- Precision, curiosity, and teamwork orientation.
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
