We are looking for 2xCustomer Support people with C2 level of Spanish and English. This role focuses on being the first point of contact for a renewable energy company, where you will manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Monday to Friday 14:00 PM - 22:00 PM and 18:00 PM - 02:00 AM

About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline of our partners services, ensuring that client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service procedures and standards.
- Perform administrative tasks related to customer support as needed.
- Manage time effectively to address customer inquiries.
- Report to management by effective communication
Qualifications
- C2 Level Spanish and English both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is beneficial.
- Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent time management abilities with a proven track record of working efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- A positive attitude and the ability to maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
