**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will oversee relationships with key clients, including managing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and creating tailored strategies to meet client goals. Regular tasks include business planning, monitoring client performance, analyzing data, and liaising with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.


**Qualifications**


- Proven experience in Account Management and Key Accounts
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including CRM systems and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre and Amadeus
- Strong Analytical Skills for performance evaluation and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in Business Planning and developing strategies to achieve targets
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
