As a
**CRM Specialist**
you will be responsible for crafting and implementing CRM strategy and innovative initiatives focusing on improvement of customer conversion, lifetime value, churn and loyalty. You will play a crucial role in implementing system, process and business propositions for improving lifetime value and customer lifecycle. Your success in this position will be measured through increasing of registered customer base, improvement of frequency of purchase among registered base, improvement in average basket value of registered purchasers.

**Key responsibilities:**

- Continual improvement of CRM processes and campaigns to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer value, purchase frequency, churn rate or average basket value.
- Creating efficient and cost effective campaigns in coordination with Sales, Commercial, Marketing and IT departments.
- Creation of efficient loyalty mechanisms and loyalty programs to increase customer activity, interaction, and value.Utilization of available customer data and collaboration with a Data Analyst to enrich customer profiles, identifying opportunities to increase registrations and monetize customer database.
- Analyzing data to identify interesting segments, trends, and hidden customer behaviors, serving as a basis for personalized marketing campaigns based on segmentation, data analysis, customer or business needs design and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Conducting multiple experiments through A/B testing approach of different business propositions, exploring most suitable proposition for scaling up.
- Defining and monitoring of key CRM metrics, including total sales volume, customer churn rate, average basket value, and purchase frequency.
- Collaboration with a data analyst and campaign executor to identify potential customer segments and develop creative proposals to engage our audience.
- Measurement of success through implementation of effective concepts that enhance key business metrics and meet customer needs.
- Utilization of CRM tools for tracking and execution of specific customer retention strategies.

**Essential skills:**

- Proven work experience in CRM, minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience in e-commerce industry or domain
- Proven experience in loyalty programs and campaigns
- BS degree in Economy, management or organizational sciences / related field or equivalent previous working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and other relevant software.
- Proficiency in Serbian and English languages.
- Analytical skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
