We are now looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage end-to-end bookkeeping processes and financial documentation
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations (VAT, personal tax filings, etc.)
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Conduct financial analysis and support management decision-making
- Act as a key contact for clients and provide high-quality accounting services
- Lead, mentor, and support team members in daily operations
**Requirements for this position:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance
- 8+ years of relevant accounting experience (certifications are an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting systems
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with motivation for growth and leadership
