This is a flexible commission-based opportunity ideal for motivated professionals with experience in B2B sales, commercial services, facility management, property management, construction, or building-related industries.
The role includes:
- Identifying and contacting potential commercial and residential clients
- Building relationships with property managers, building owners, businesses, and commercial operators
- Generating new business opportunities
- Scheduling meetings with prospective clients
- Supporting business development and commercial outreach activities
- Providing market feedback and business insights
The representative will work independently while collaborating directly with the GMCA management team.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial relationship management
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Existing connections within property management, commercial real estate, buildings, retail, or construction industries are a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage outreach activities
- Basic understanding of facility management, maintenance services, or smart building solutions is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
- Previous commission-based sales experience is preferred
