**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Strong background in Finance and Operations Management to ensure effective leadership of budgeting, financial planning, and operational workflows.
- Proven expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop and implement growth-oriented strategies and define organizational goals.
- Experience in Sales and business development to drive revenue growth and foster partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to inspire teams and promote a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Proficiency in managing diverse teams and operations, with a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior CEO or executive-level experience in relevant industries will be an advantage.
