**Android Software Senior Developer**

Our selected candidate will work closely with clients and other team members to ensure that software solutions are efficient, secure, and user-friendly.
**What you'll do:**
- Software Design and Development:
- Collaborate with management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
- Design algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems.
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
- Testing and Deployment:
- Test and deploy programs and applications to ensure functionality and optimization.
- Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software.
- Documentation and Feedback:
- Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
- Compile and assess user feedback to improve software performance.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with other developers and IT professionals to create, troubleshoot, and revamp software systems.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to define and implement solutions.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members, driving best practices in data architecture and platform management.
**What you'll bring:**
- Min 3 years experience in similar roles;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies as well as Waterfall;
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC);
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment;
- Must have a good sense of engineering tradeoffs, within the contexts of extendibility, scalability, performance, and maintainability;
- Strong knowledge on software architectures, design patterns for mission critical applications;
- High proficiency on Kotlin programming language;
- Strong knowledge on software architectures, design patterns for mission critical applications;
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, SOLID principles;
- Strong knowledge on mobile libraries like LiveData, Retrofit;
- Strong knowledge on MVVM architecture;
- Hands-on experience with git;
- Experience on HTML, CSS, SQL (preferable);
- Knowledge on the principles of REST, OpenAPI (preferable);
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team;
- Fluency in English and optionally a good understating of Italian language.
