**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Tirana. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and promoting company products. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, delivering training to clients on product knowledge, and assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve targets and implement strategies
- Experience in Training, with the ability to provide guidance and knowledge about company products
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Previous experience in the beverage industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
