**What You'll Be Responsible For**
- Perform cash application through credit card and payment service provider portals
- Execute daily clearing and reconciliation of customer balances
- Manage chargebacks, including investigation, offsetting, and reconciliation
- Compare and validate data between payment portals and GERP
- Handle exceptions and prepare reports for AR and OBS teams
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases, including mismatched payments and re-invoicing needs
- Coordinate consistently with Germany-based AR, OBS, and finance stakeholders
**What We're Looking For**
- **Fresh graduates in Accounting, Finance, or related business courses are welcome to apply**
- **6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable**
- Basic understanding of
**Accounts Receivable processes**
such as invoicing, payment posting, collections follow-ups, and reconciliation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data organization and reconciliation tasks
- High attention to detail when handling financial transactions and records
- Strong English communication skills for coordination with internal finance teams
- Ability to follow structured processes, meet deadlines, and manage transactional workloads
- **Willingness to work onsite in Skopje**

Shift: Day shift (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM); Standard working hours aligned with Macedonia - 9AM to 5PM (Same time zone with Germany)
