**About the Role**
We are looking for a talented Social Media & Paid Ads Manager to join our team full-time, on-site in Tirana. You will own the social media presence and paid advertising strategy for multiple client brands, driving both engagement and conversions across platforms.
**What You'll Do**
• Plan, create, and manage organic social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Build, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable reports to clients
• Manage monthly ad budgets and continuously improve ROAS and CPA
• Collaborate closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop campaigns that convert
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats
**What We're Looking For**
• 2+ years of experience managing social media and/or paid ads (agency experience is a big plus)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager
• Strong analytical mindset — you can read data and make smart optimization decisions
• Creative eye with the ability to brief and guide content creation
• Excellent written communication skills in Albanian and English
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts
**Nice to Have**
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel setup
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion funnels
