Job Description
Jupiter BPO is hiring a fluent English-German Sales Specialist to manage key accounts and deliver first-class customer service alongside our operations team. You will be responsible for driving sales, supporting the team, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Working Hours:
08:00 AM – 4:00 PM CET (Monday to Friday)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage key accounts and proactively drive sales, promoting core and priority stock lines.
- Support the team in handling escalations, complaints, and complex customer queries.
- Process orders and returns accurately and promptly, ensuring Right First Time delivery.
- Monitor CRM and follow up on pending quotes to achieve sales targets.
- Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Provide outstanding customer service, representing the company professionally at all times.
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and German.
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
