- Supervise and mentor site teams, ensuring high performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all technical, legal, and safety requirements across site operations.
- Develop project documentation, including work schedules, progress reports, and technical reports.
- Prepare and manage project estimates, bills of quantities, and monthly work situation reports.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site operations through regular inspections.
- Proactively address operational risks and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, maintaining stock levels and avoiding over-ordering.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring strict adherence to work safety procedures.
- Ensure daily reporting aligns with internal policies and project requirements.
- Maintain alignment with project teams and ensure updated coordination throughout all phases.
