This is a dual-impact role combining hands-on bookkeeping with strategic administrative

coordination. You will ensure our financial records are powerhouse-accurate while keeping our

international operations running like clockwork.

Key Focus Areas

● Finance: Manage bookkeeping, general ledgers, invoices, and expense tracking.

● Reporting: Consolidate subsidiary data and assist with financial statements/tax prep.

● Coordination: Manage executive calendars, international travel, and partner relations.

What You Bring

● Experience: Solid background in accounting or financial operations.

● Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

● Tech Skills: Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks/Sage.

● Language: Professional fluency in English is a must.
