We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Traffic Manager to oversee workflow and resource allocation across our creative, digital, and production teams. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands agency dynamics, and brings structure and clarity to complex, multi-project workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the flow of projects across departments
- Allocate resources based on priorities, skillsets, and capacity
- Develop and maintain detailed timelines for campaigns and deliverables
- Lead internal status meetings and track progress against deadlines
- Ensure project briefs are complete before work begins
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively adjust schedules
- Coordinate revisions and manage approval processes
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Creative Leads, and Production teams
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in traffic management, project management, or agency operations
- Experience working within an advertising or creative agency environment
- Strong understanding of creative production and digital campaign timelines
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, Jira, or similar)
- Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities
