**About This Role**
We are seeking an analytical and detail‑driven individual with strong SQL expertise and a passion for working with complex data sets. This role focuses on developing and maintaining robust SQL queries used to calculate monthly sales commissions. The individual will also contribute to improving data quality, enhancing reporting, and ensuring accurate and timely commission payouts.
**What You Will Do**
- Analyse data to generate insights and reduce system, calculation, and product-related issues
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries that support monthly commission calculations
- Create and manage controls that ensure accuracy and consistency of commission-related outputs
- Produce clear and informative commission reports to guide stakeholders across the process lifecycle
- Support ongoing process improvements and contribute to quality assurance activities
**Who You Are**
- You bring 3+ years of experience in data analysis
- You have a background in sales related processes, ideally involving dealer or employee commissions
- You are fluent in English; German language skills are considered an advantage
- You are analytical, motivated, detail oriented and comfortable multitasking
- You communicate proactively and work effectively within a team
- You demonstrate accountability, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high quality work
