**Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Managers handling multiple accounts and clients
- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive social media strategies across platforms
- Ensure content strategies are aligned with brand positioning, audience engagement, and business goals
- Track and analyze team and account performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Monitor SMM accounts to ensure optimal growth, engagement, and ROI
- Establish clear KPIs, performance benchmarks, and reporting systems
- Train team members on managing multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining quality
- Identify emerging trends and guide the team in adapting strategies accordingly
- Improve internal workflows, scheduling systems, and collaboration processes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, design, leadership) to ensure cohesive campaigns
