**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Tirana. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding client accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving organizational sales goals. Key tasks include building relationships with clients, identifying market opportunities, leading a sales team, and providing performance analysis to drive results.

**Qualifications**

- Strong skills in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Analytical skills related to Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Performance Metrics
- Proficiency in Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration
- Familiarity with CRM software and business development strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of sales solutions for logistics or distribution industries is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
