**Role Overview**
:
As an SAP Implementation Specialist, you are the systems architect who builds the digital engine of an enterprise. Instead of focusing on business strategy, your day-to-day is spent deep in the S/4HANA technical stack. You are responsible for moving data from legacy databases into the high-performance HANA in-memory database and ensuring that all system components communicate via modern OData services and APIs.
**Core Responsibilities**
:
● System Building: Help design and set up SAP software to fit exactly what a business needs.
● Modernizing Tech: Take old business systems and upgrade them to the newest "Clean Core" versions.
● Custom Solutions: Write or design special code and tools (like APIs and custom apps) to solve unique business problems.
● Teamwork: Act as the bridge between the "tech side" (coding) and the "business side" (finance and sales).
● Testing & Quality: Make sure everything works perfectly before the system goes live so the business never skips a beat.
● Expert Advice: Talk to company leaders to help them understand how new SAP technology can make their work easier and faster.
**Qualifications**
:
● SAP Experience: You have worked on at least one big project involving SAP S/4HANA or SAP BRIM.
● Technical Skills: You know your way around SAP "languages" (like ABAP, SQL, or IMG configuration).
● Problem Solver: You enjoy figuring out why a system isn't working and finding a clever way to fix it.
● Good Communicator: You can explain complicated computer stuff to people who aren't tech-savvy.
● Cloud Knowledge: You have a basic understanding of how modern cloud systems (like AWS or Azure) work with SAP.
● Big Picture Thinker: You understand how different parts of a business (like buying, selling, and accounting) all connect.
If this sounds like the kind of role where you do your best work, let’s talk.
