**Release Scheduling & Coordination team**

**IT Operation Department**
. You will be responsible for structuring and managing the release process for new applications and IT Operations activities.
**What you’ll do:**
- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to define and plan release schedules.
- Ensure release schedules align with business objectives and priorities, minimizing operational risks.
- Maintain and update the release calendar, tracking all release activities across portfolios and handling potential conflicts between deployments.
- Identify dependencies across teams to ensure effective planning and prevent incidents.
- Manage risks by identifying potential blockers and defining contingency plans for unexpected issues during releases.
- Facilitate communication between teams involved in the release process, ensuring clear and structured coordination.
- Be able to read and understand comprehensive release documentation, including deployment plans, release notes, and post-release reports, to fully grasp the details of the planned activities.
**What you’ll bring:**
- Proven experience (minimum 6 months) in release scheduling, release management, or IT operations in an enterprise-level environment.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Fluent knowledge of Italian language (written and spoken).
- Experience with release management tools, particularly ServiceNow.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple releases efficiently.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
