**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated
**Business Intelligence Specialist (Intern)**
to support our data & analytics initiatives. You will help transform raw data into actionable insights by building dashboards, running analyses, and supporting data quality and reporting processes. This is a hands-on internship with mentorship, training, and exposure to end-to-end BI delivery.
**What You’ll Do**
- Support the design and development of

- Gather and refine business requirements, translating them into clear

- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in

**Italian**
(written and spoken).
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience with
**Power BI**
(or Tableau/Looker): DAX basics, Power Query, data relationships.
- Exposure to

for data analysis (e.g., pandas, numpy).
- Understanding of
