· Communicate clearly, directly, and with empathy, both in writing and in person

· Thrive in a team environment and contribute actively to a collaborative culture
· Are fluent in English and skilled in MS Office
· Adapt quickly to change, remain flexible under pressure, and make thoughtful, impactful decisions
