**Solar PV Engineer (Utility-Scale PV EPC Project)**

North Macedonia (Project Site)

We are currently hiring a
**Solar PV Engineer**
for our utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects in North Macedonia (Oslomej & Bitola Projects).

The role will support engineering coordination, technical review, procurement support, and project execution activities for large-scale PV plants.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Responsible for Solar PV system engineering and technical management for utility-scale Solar PV projects
- Review and coordinate:
- PV Layout
- String Design
- DC/AC System Design
- Cable Routing & Cable Sizing
- Grounding & Lightning Protection
- SCADA & Communication Systems
- PVsyst Simulation & Optimization
- Review detailed design drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings
- Support procurement and technical bid evaluation (TBE)
- Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams
- Support construction and commissioning teams in resolving technical issues
- Review vendor drawings, datasheets, and technical submissions

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Experience in utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects
- Proficient in:
- AutoCAD
- PVsyst
- Familiar with IEC / EN standards and utility requirements
- Experience in design coordination and subcontractor management
- Good English communication skills
- North Macedonia / Balkan project experience is an advantage
