The summit is designed for a highly selective audience of
**CEOs, Chief People Officers, HR Directors, VPs, and senior decision-makers**
from leading companies across Europe.
We are now looking for
**2–3 commercially strong people**
to join us immediately as
**Delegate Sales Partners**
.
This is not a standard sales role.
We are looking for people who are confident speaking with senior executives, not afraid to pick up the phone, and excited by the idea of helping bring high-profile leaders into one room.
You will be part of the commercial team responsible for inviting, engaging, and closing senior delegates for Human First Summit 2026.
**What you will do:**
- Contact senior HR, People, Culture, Talent, and business leaders across Europe
- Speak with decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present Human First Summit clearly and confidently
- Follow up with interested executives and move them toward registration
- Build your own pipeline and manage conversations professionally
- Work closely with the founder and the core team during the growth stage of the summit
**This role is for you if:**
- You are confident on the phone
- You like direct sales and are not afraid of rejection
- You can speak professionally with senior executives
- You are fast, proactive, and disciplined with follow-up
- You want to be part of a high-profile project from the early stage
- You are motivated by results, responsibility, and strong earning potential
