🕒 Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 15.00-23.00
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow the online presence for our expanding nursing home portfolio.
Our organization operates approximately 15–18 nursing home facilities, each filled with meaningful resident experiences, staff achievements, community involvement, and daily moments of care that deserve to be shared professionally and consistently online. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital presence, create structure, build systems, and help transform internal moments into engaging, warm, and professional content.
This is not a passive posting role. We are looking for a leader who brings ideas, takes initiative, follows up consistently, and helps guide each facility on how to capture and share quality content.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow social media presence across multiple nursing home facilities
- Oversee platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profiles, and other relevant channels
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars and posting schedules
- Coordinate directly with facility administrators, activity directors, concierges, marketers, and leadership teams to gather photos, videos, updates, and event information
- Educate facilities on what type of content should be captured and shared
- Write professional, engaging, and compassionate captions aligned with healthcare standards
- Review and approve submitted content to ensure professionalism, accuracy, privacy compliance, and brand consistency
- Build systems and accountability processes to ensure regular content collection from all facilities
- Proactively plan content around holidays, healthcare recognition days, events, celebrations, themed programs, and community activities
- Help establish a consistent brand voice while maintaining each facility’s unique personality
- Monitor engagement, online reputation, and social media performance
- Assist with additional digital marketing initiatives including:
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Online reputation management
- Review generation strategies
- Basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools
- Short-form video editing
- Paid social media campaigns
- SEO and website content updates
- Email marketing and blog content
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations/accounts simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable following up consistently with facility teams and leadership
- Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content planning
- Experience creating content calendars and maintaining posting consistency
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profiles, and social media analytics tools
- Experience with healthcare, senior living, nursing homes, hospitality, or multi-location businesses is strongly preferred
- Understanding of HIPAA/privacy considerations and professional healthcare communication is a strong plus
- Experience with photography, short-form video content, or editing tools is a plus
