P World is on the hunt for a driven, results-obsessed Project Manager to power the sales engine behind our events. If you love building relationships, chasing big numbers, and seeing your work come to life on stage — keep reading.
What you'll own
• Drive and manage event sales from first contact to closed deal
• Research prospects and build a high-quality database of potential leads
• Smash event sales targets — and then raise the bar
• Manage the full sales pipeline and nurture client relationships
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to deliver standout events
• Represent P World at events, building our network on the ground
What you bring
• A proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (events or B2B experience is a big plus)
• Natural relationship-builder with sharp communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter energy — you don't wait to be told what to do
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple events at once
• Comfort with CRM tools and data-driven prospecting
• Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
• Willingness and ability to travel to events
