No recruiting experience? No problem.

We provide all training, industry knowledge, systems, scripts, and support. You bring the phone skills and we’ll teach you the rest.

This role also offers a clear career path into a Sr. Driver Recruiter position for high performers.

What you'll do:

📱 Call company drivers and owner-operators (leads provided)
