**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Truck Driver Recruiter located in Skopje. The Truck Driver Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and hiring qualified drivers, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and maintaining driver retention through effective engagement strategies. The recruiter will collaborate closely with drivers and other team members to address inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process.
**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated skills in Hiring and Driver Retention processes.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to foster strong relationships with drivers and internal team members.
- Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and effectively manage recruitment-related tasks.
- Previous experience in transportation recruitment is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant recruitment tools and software is an advantage.
