**Optimizing Data, Automation, and Revenue Engine Efficiency**
The
**CRM Analyst**
plays a critical role in shaping how revenue teams operate, scale, and succeed. This position is responsible for ensuring the CRM ecosystem drives measurable business outcomes-enhancing data integrity, enabling smarter decisions, and supporting long-term growth through structured, high-performing systems within a global outsourcing environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Own and optimize the HubSpot CRM environment across Sales, Marketing, and Service functions
- Build and enhance workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and automations aligned with business processes
- Manage user lifecycle including onboarding, access control, and offboarding
- Deliver structured training sessions and create clear, user-focused documentation
- Provide day-to-day system support and resolve CRM-related issues efficiently
- Maintain high standards of data hygiene and enforce process compliance across teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and implement CRM enhancements
- Monitor system performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage integrations and ensure seamless connectivity with external platforms
- Track enhancement requests and deliver solutions based on business impact
**Qualifications**
- **3+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM**
- Proven expertise in
**building workflows, automations, and scalable reporting structures**
- Strong experience in user onboarding, training delivery, and cross-functional support
- Deep understanding of
**CRM data structures, governance, and best practices**
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- HubSpot certifications are highly preferred
- Comfortable working midshift (US hours) in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
