**Sales Account Manager**
Location: Tirana, Kompleksi Delijorgji
Work hours: 8AM – 5PM from Mon – Fri
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to support and grow partnerships globally. This role covers the full cycle from prospecting new partners to managing and optimizing existing accounts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Identify and approach new potential partners
Manage the full sales cycle (outreach → negotiation → onboarding)
Maintain and grow existing accounts to increase revenue
Monitor performance data and optimize partnerships
Conduct market and competitor research
**Requirements**
:
0–2 years experience in sales, partnerships, or marketing
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proactive, disciplined, and results-driven
Degree in Economics, Accounting, or similar
