**About the Role:**
The Product Designer will play a key role in designing user-centered digital products that balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, developers, marketers, and clients to transform ideas into engaging user experiences across websites, platforms, and digital products. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with UX thinking and enjoys solving complex problems through design.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Design intuitive and visually engaging user experiences for websites, platforms, and digital products
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Work closely with branding, marketing, and strategy teams to align user experience with
business goals
- Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and usability improvements
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI consistency across projects
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients
- Stay updated on product design trends, UX best practices, and emerging digital experiences
**What We’re Looking For:**
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and visual execution
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and usability standards
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic and business objectives
- Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus
- Experience using modern AI tools and workflows to improve design efficiency, ideation, and execution.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong/native written and spoken English
