**Responsibilities**
- Execute structured outbound sales activities targeting existing service-contract customers
- Identify and engage key decision-makers focused on energy efficiency and sustainability
- Communicate the ecoLOGIC value proposition with clarity and commercial impact
- Drive outcomes such as verbal commitments, quotation requests, and booked follow-ups
- Maintain high-quality, professional customer interactions aligned with KPIs
- Accurately document customer engagements and next steps in CRM systems
- Act as a frontline representative of digital services and sustainability solutions
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, scripts, and approved positioning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and decision-maker data
- Provide structured insights on customer needs, objections, and market trends
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and messaging
**Qualifications**
- Relevant commercial, business, or technical education is advantageous but not required
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Additional European languages are a strong advantage
- **At least 1 to 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or call center environments**
- Background in
**B2B, industrial services, energy, HVAC, or digital services**
is preferred
- Experience in value-based or solution selling is an advantage
- Comfortable working in KPI-driven environments with performance tracking
- Proficiency in
**CRM systems and digital sales tools**
- Strong communication and commercial storytelling skills
- Ability to engage decision-makers confidently via phone
- Structured, disciplined, and process-driven approach to sales execution
- Results-driven with high energy and resilience
- Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills

Shift: Day shift, consecutive off (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK time)
