**We need someone who replies to customer emails like every message matters. Because every email is a customer waiting for their package.**

This is a customer support role focused on email. You handle our incoming ecommerce customer emails, work with our warehouses across Europe to keep deliveries on track, and make sure every customer walks away happy.

**About Adsolution**

We're an ecommerce company based in Tirana, Albania, with multiple warehouses across Europe. Active partners of Meta and Google.

We're an international team bringing experience from South America, Italy, and China. We run the ad operations and order fulfillment behind every product we sell.

**Day to day**

- You reply to customer emails clearly, kindly, and on time
- You coordinate with our European warehouses on order status and delivery issues
- You track recurring problems and surface them to the team so we can fix them
- You keep our customer satisfaction high and our delivery rate optimal

**You're a fit if you have**

- Previous experience in customer support (required)
- Fluent English (written, for customer emails)
- Clear, friendly writing style
- Strong attention to detail
- Patience and a calm tone under pressure
- Based in Tirana

**Bonus**

- Additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, French, German)
- Background in ecommerce or logistics

- You can't handle structured, repetitive work

**About working with us**

In-office team in Tirana, 5 days a week, 9:00 to 18:00. Every Friday we get together with team members and friends to build our culture.
