**The Role**
The Talent team is growing, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment and help scale hiring across the business.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple teams. This role combines execution, sourcing, and candidate management in a fast-moving environment.
**What You Will Do**
Here’s the kind of work you’ll own:
- Run full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments
- Post and manage job ads on LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
- Source, engage, and screen candidates for active hiring needs
- Work closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring strategy
- Manage candidate pipelines end-to-end and ensure structured tracking in the ATS
- Ensure smooth communication and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
- Track pipeline progress and support basic reporting on hiring activity
- Maintain organized recruitment workflows and documentation
- Support continuous improvement of hiring processes, templates, and tools
**What You Bring**
This role is a strong fit if you:
- Have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or agency staffing
- Have hands-on experience managing full recruitment processes
- Are comfortable posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and managing pipelines
- Can work effectively with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Have strong communication skills and confidence in candidate interactions
- Are familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
