**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher (Operations Control) role based in Tetovo. The Dispatcher will oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations, including managing transportation schedules, assigning resources, and maintaining communication with drivers and teams. Responsibilities also include monitoring workflows to ensure efficiency, addressing operational challenges in real-time, and optimizing resource allocation to support the organization’s goals for timely and effective service delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Operations Management Skills: Experience with scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Communication and Coordination Skills: Ability to liaise with drivers, teams, and stakeholders efficiently.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Proficiency in resolving operational issues swiftly and making informed decisions under pressure.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with transportation management systems, dispatch software, or similar tools.
- Organization and Time-Management: Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and guidelines in the construction and transportation industries is a plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken local language; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
