We are currently looking for a
**UI/UX Designer**
to join our team and take ownership of the design process across our projects. This role is suited for someone who is comfortable working on real products, translating ideas into clear, functional, and well-structured user experiences.
The designer will be responsible for creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency, usability, and attention to detail across all interfaces. The role also includes preparing design assets for development and working closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation.
Occasionally, the role may include light visual design tasks (e.g. simple assets or layouts), although the primary focus remains on UI/UX and product design.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of user experience principles, layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity, with the ability to think in a structured and product-oriented way. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma is expected. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver clean, developer-ready designs are essential.
Candidates should be able to present a portfolio of previous work, including web or mobile interfaces. Practical experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong potential and a solid understanding of design fundamentals.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the founder, contribute to real client projects, and be part of a growing company building software for both local and international markets.

. However, we are open to discussing flexible arrangements for the right candidate. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and skills.
